Instructions:
Add customer last name and project number.
Who and when initially fills this document out? Backyard Consultant, during the Color Selection Meeting with client which is approx. 1-2 Weeks after the project is sold.
Who updates this Work Order? Once the Backyard Consultant has filled this out at the Color Selection Meeting, the Designer will then update the Work Order after the design is approved. Once its updated by the Designer, the Backyard Consultant will then look over and utilize this to update the Project Invoice. If any other changes are needed to be made, this will be complete by the Project Team.
Once your portion is complete, comment/tag the next team member to alert them you're final with your portion and that it's their turn.
