Design Approval Request Email Template

Hey Client,

I have updated your design. I think the design is ready to be approve. I’ve created a new webpage for your design approval. Here’s the link: LINK. You can still access the old webpage by clicking the "Design Process" button at the top.

I also just sent a design approval email for an e-signature to Client 1. Check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox. Client 2 will get an email for her signature as well once Client 1 signs.

The design approval and invoice approval is required for us to begin construction preparation. The design approval covers the layout and structural design of the design. Once you sign the design approval, Byron can prepare the invoice approval. Once that is approved we can order engineering and get everything ready to start!

I think the material selections are ready to be finalized. I just sent a material selection approval email for an e-signature to Wanda. Check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox. Miguel will get an email for his signature as well once Wanda signs.

The material selection finalization is required for us to continue construction preparation.

The design approval and invoice approval is required for us to continue construction preparation. The design approval just means you are confirming all the images correctly portray your intent for the layout and structural design for your project, all important structural information is included, and the stated dimensions are correct.

I also just sent a design approval email for an e-signature to Sarvia. Check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox. Kyle will get an email for his signature as well once Sarvia signs.

Color & Material Selection Meeting: We’ll have a meeting at the Pratt Guys office for you to select the colors and materials for your project. Do you have availability the afternoon of Tuesday 3/26?

Invoice Approval: After we pick out the materials, Adam will send the invoice approval to sign. This will be based on the material take off and selections. Signatures on that document will give us the green light for the final preparations for construction including engineering, HOA, and permitting.

Construction Start Date: Someone from the construction team will be reaching out to let you know when the project will break ground.
