In the Field Design Changes

Superintendent and Crew Leaders should notify the team anytime design changes need to be made in the field. Post the change on the client slack channel. Tag the salesman, designer, and construction manager. Changes may have ripple effects that the field staff is not aware of. It may also be a learning opportunity for the office staff.
