Preliminary Design Email Template

Hey [CLIENT],

I'm excited to share your preliminary design with you. I've created a project website that I will update as the design progresses. You can check it out at this link.

I created 3 different versions for your project. I used very different design themes and shapes on each one. So I'm curious what you will like and dislike. I also included a link at the bottom of the website that will take you to a video I made discussing each version.

Next steps are basically for you to review the design and share your feedback. I think it would be good to set up another meeting either in person or another video chat, whichever is more convenient. My schedule is pretty open any afternoon after 1:30 pm this week or next week. Let me know what works for you. I'm looking forward to discussing the project!

This is still a preliminary design. So there's a lot of details that need to be sorted out and not everything is polished yet. But I think the overall concept could work really well and accomplish your goals. So I'm curious what you will like and dislike. I also included a video I made discussing the design.

Next steps are basically for you to review the design and share your feedback. Please don't be afraid of being honest. I want to make sure the final design will be something you're really excited about. I'm looking forward to discussing the project!
