Returns should be 12” - 18” off corners
Average depth for fittings is 12" below waterline

Avoid placing a wall return too close to the skimmer intake as it will render the skimmer intake ineffective. Try to keep return at least 8’ away from skimmer.
90 degree returns are available. Label 90 degree returns on pool plans to differentiate from standard returns.Try not to use 90 degree returns because they are hard to handle.
Can be placed on exposed pool beam, but it requires that the return is pre-plumbed. Label pre-plumbed returns on pool plans to differentiate from standard returns. t
