Angle of repose (House setback) - Each foot of depth requires 1 foot of house setback +1 foot. Example: If the pool is 5 feet deep, it must be 6 feet away from the house.
Windows within 60" of pool need to be tempered. Design minimum of 66" of space to give pool team room for error
