Steps:

Send preliminary elevations and roof overview to Nathan @ BFS for Quote (See Fig. 1)

While we are awaiting for the quote from Nathan, work on the plans to order the Engineering from RR

Order Engineering from RR and request for the Truss Coordination sheet (See Fig. 2)

By this time, we should now be receiving the Quote back from Nathan @ BFS

Sign & Approve Quote (See Fig. 3)

By this time, we should have the Truss Coordination Sheet from RR

Once we receive the Truss Coordination Sheet & we signed and approved the truss quote, send the Truss Coordination Sheet to Nathan @ BFS (RR may do this for us with us CC'ed on the Email, just fyi)

Now that BFS has the Truss coordination Sheet, they can now do the Truss Engineering

Once we receive back the Truss Engineering from BFS, we then send this back to RR so they can do the remaining of the Structural Engineering and complete the final set
